FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman aired from 2006-2010 on PBS Kids. It was a reality-game show hosted by a cartoon dog that tasked kids with various challenges to test their critical thinking and problem solving skills. The show emphasized teaching science concepts in a real world context, and promoted information retention, comprehension, and recall through "half-time quiz shows" where they answered questions based on the challenges that day.
